We currently deliver to the UK & Southern Ireland.
I am afraid we do not deliver to any countries/areas not included in this list.
If an order is received from a country not listed above, the order will be ignored and deleted.
Delivery Terms within UK
Most of our jewellery is supplied direct from stock and will be delivered 1st class.
We offer you 2 postage and delivery options, Royal Mail Signed For, or Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Our delivery charge is a one off charge which covers any number of items within your order.
All UK orders will need to be signed for upon receipt.
All ordered jewellery is delivered in a Hot Jewellery presentation box, as good as gift wrapped!

This is a one off delivery charge which covers any number of items within your order.
We aim to despatch the order within the times quoted above days (up to 4 working days is required for clearance of cheque orders). We will advise you if there will be an extended delivery date.
We will send an e-mail to the address you submitted to inform you of the despatch of your goods together with your unique tracking identifier that can be used at www.royalmail.com in order to track your order through the UK postal system.
If goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and if there is a delay ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order, please see availability for more details.
If you have received an e-mail informing you of the despatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit.
If you have not received the goods within 7 days you should contact us.
Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery Terms within Southern Ireland
Most of our jewellery is supplied direct from stock and will be delivered 1st class. All orders for Southern Ireland are posted using Royal Mail's Swift Air service, orders are insured and will need to be signed for upon receipt.
