What is the Hot Jewellery Affiliate Program?

It's a relationship between Hot Jewellery and approved web sites; you put links to Hot Jewellery on your site, and for each person who clicks on the link and then purchases an item, you earn a percentage of the sale.

How does it work?

Hot Jewellery uses Mals E-commerce mTracker site to manage the Affiliates Program. This independent third-party system does all the tracking, 24 hours online reporting, and statistical analysis. All our links and banners are held not on this site, but here at www.hotjewellery.co.uk

How do I get started?

If you are not currently part of the Hot Jewellery Affiliate Program, all you have to do is agree to our terms and conditions and fill out a short application by clicking here.

How much does it cost?

You can be a Hot Jewellery Affiliate for FREE. Simply complete the sign up process, place the appropriate banner on your site, and start making money!

How much will I get paid?

For each person who clicks on a Hot Jewellery link on your site, then purchases an item, you will earn 8% of the sold item price (not including P&P).

How and when do I get paid?

We hold all funds until your account reaches a minimum balance of £20. All affiliates are paid by cheque within the first week of the new 90 day billing cycle. You are paid by UK cheque in UK Pounds Sterling.

What sort of web sites qualify?

The web site where you want to place Hot Jewellery links must be approved by us before any money will be paid for new sales. Your site will be reviewed as part of the application process. We reserve the right to refuse membership to a site at any time if we deem it objectionable or if it links to objectionable material. You will be notified of our decision to accept or reject your application within 36 to 72 hours.

Are internationally based web sites eligible?

Yes. We will welcome applications from the UK, Ireland, US and Canada.

Can I put the links on other pages in my site, or on a completely different site?

You may put the Hot Jewellery links on any page that you own, provided the page or web site is in accordance with the Hot Jewellery Legal Agreement.

Where are the Hot Jewellery banners?

The banners are available here from the Hot Jewellery website. Once your account has been okayed, you will be given an affiliate Username/ID, this needs to be used within our banners and text to log your sales. This will allow us to track where our sales are coming from. In turn, you receive a sales reward for each sales who has been referred from your Affiliate ID banner or text link.

How do I put a banner on my site ?

Just visit the banners and logos page, and you'll see a choice of banner and text links.
Choose the one that suits you best.

Just copy and paste all the code for the link you've chosen onto your web page. Remember to modify all the banners, text and buttons by putting your affiliate id within the link, otherwise your sales will not be logged!!

If you're more confident with web management, you may prefer to right-click on the image and upload it to your own space, so as to minimise downloading times.

How do I change or cancel my account info?

If you no longer wish to be an Affiliate of Hot Jewellery, you can simply send us an email alerting us of your decision and we will remove your name immediately. Any and all funds which may remain in your account at that time will be forwarded to you upon schedule.

How do I change my mailing or payment options?

Once you decide to become a partner in our affiliate program, you will have access to all of your stats, as well as your personal information you will have provided upon signing up with the Hot Jewellery Affiliate Program.

If you change your address just log in and change the details.
We use this address for sending the payments to, so please make sure it's up to date.

This can all be viewed 24 hours a day. If you would ever require additional assistance, you can email us.

Can I view my stats whenever I want?

Yes. You can log into your account and view your stats as often as you would like. NOTE: Some of your referrals may not be posted immediately. Please allow 24 hours for an accurate total.

What if a customer doesn't order straight away ?

The customers connection with you is stored for 30 days, so even if they come direct to us after 2 or 3 weeks and order, you will still receive the commission.
And of course, if they come to us via your site again, the 30 days connection starts again.
This information is stored on the customers computer by way of a cookie.

What if a customer cancels/returns an item?

If a customer cancels or returns an item, that means a loss of sale, then the commission you have been paid will be removed from your account and will be displayed as a zero.
